A little time can make a big difference.
Arlington SEPAC is powered by parents and caregivers — and there’s no one “right” way to get involved. Help once, join a project, or take on a leadership role. It all counts — and more involvement means greater impact.

HAVE A LITTLE TIME?
Help once or occasionally:
- Share a SEPAC post or event
- Send us a helpful resource
- Welcome a new family by email
- Create a social media graphic in Canva
- Suggest a speaker or event topic
- Flag an issue SEPAC should know about
**We particularly need help connecting with each school’s newsletter owner!**
No ongoing commitment required.
WANT TO HELP WITH A PROJECT?
Join a committee:
- Survey — Help shape our annual survey, spread the word, or review results. No research experience needed!
- Events — Help identify speakers, topics, events, and resources.
- School Liaisons — Connect your school community with SEPAC and share relevant news.
- Welcome — Help parents and caregivers who are new to special education find their footing.
Or lend a hand with communications, advocacy, website content, resources, events, or community building.
